AI Credits System

AI credits are the currency for all AI-powered features in EcomWize Builder. Credits are spent per AI action, varying by what you generate. Editing your pages manually is always free. Your plan determines how many credits you receive each month.

Credit Allocation by Plan

Credits refresh at the beginning of each billing cycle for paid plans. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Different AI operations consume different amounts of credits based on their computational cost:

Understanding Credit Equivalents

To help you gauge how far your credits go:

• 150 credits (Free) - about 3 AI-generated pages, or 15 section generations, or 30 agent messages

• 1,000 credits (Starter) - about 20 AI-generated pages, or 100 section generations, or 200 agent messages

• 5,000 credits (Pro) - about 100 AI-generated pages, or 500 section generations, or 1,000 agent messages

• 20,000 credits (Enterprise) - about 400 AI-generated pages, or 2,000 section generations, or 4,000 agent messages

In practice, you will use a mix of operations. A typical page-building session might use 50 credits for full page generation, 25-50 credits for agent messages, and 20-40 credits for AI images - around 100-140 credits total.

Checking Your Balance

Your current credit balance is visible in the AI Chatbox. The balance updates in real time as credits are consumed.

To check your exact balance:

1. Open the AI Chatbox
   

   Your remaining credit count is displayed in the AI Chatbox panel.

2. Check before AI actions
   

   Some UI elements show credit cost information before you confirm an action. For example, the image generation modal displays the credit cost for each resolution option.

What Happens at Zero Credits

When your credit balance reaches zero:

• Agent messages will show an error indicating insufficient credits.

• AI image generation will display an error with your remaining balance and the required amount.

• Section generation will add the section without AI-generated content.

• Full page generation will fail if you do not have enough credits for the generation cost.

You cannot go into negative credits. Each AI operation checks your balance before processing. If you do not have enough credits, the operation is blocked and no credits are deducted.

Monthly Refresh

For Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, credits are reset to the full allocation at the beginning of each billing cycle when your subscription renews.

• Starter: Reset to 1,000 credits on renewal

• Pro: Reset to 5,000 credits on renewal

• Enterprise: Reset to 20,000 credits on renewal

Free Plan Credits

Free plan credits are set to 150. These credits refresh monthly but are intended for exploration and testing, not production use.

Upgrading for More Credits

If you consistently run out of credits before the end of your billing cycle, consider upgrading your plan:

• Free to Starter: More than 6x more credits (150 to 1,000)

• Starter to Pro: 5x more credits (1,000 to 5,000)

• Pro to Enterprise: 4x more credits (5,000 to 20,000)

When you upgrade, your credit balance is immediately reset to the new plan's allocation.
